Their 1997 hit, “Sell Out” thrust the California Ska/Punk band 
Life on the road always offers the potential for adventure and mishap. Last week, the Photo Finish Records act Paper Rival (formerly known as Keating) found themselves unwitting participants in a petty crime that left them stranded mid-tour without transportation and will perhaps influence their future budget planning.
House/Dance music pioneers Tortured Soul may be a veteran act but everyone involved in this risky business that is the music industry must adjust to the high cost of touring.
However, years of traversing the globe with their fusion of Live/Electronica Dance grooves has taught the band a trick or two that they share with us here.
Next stop is Barcelona, Spain with the ethereal gothic singer-songwriter, composer and fantasy illustrator (and 2008 Independent Music Award Winner for New Age Album) Priscilla Hernandez.

Known for his high-energy act - a mix of parody and insanity that channels Borat, the Beastie Boys & Cher, his music, antics & videos have helped place him on opening slots for national acts like Freezepop and traveling with the Vans Warped Tour.

New Jersey based Metal band, 
Originally formed in 2001 as a cover band while still in high school, the Israeli Psychedelic Prog. Rockers, Eggroll have enjoyed significant success including opening for Jethro Tull and playing for crowds of 25,000.
The band spent 40 days spreading their exotic Eastern sound during their first American tour. Eggroll’s philosophy - “with hard work you can survive, with harder work you can thrive - anything is possible!” seems to work. Of course, Skype, pre-sales and free beer were also key ingredients to the tours success…
Jesse Ruben has been busy since graduating from Berklee School of Music last year. A debut acoustic album, "Aiming for Honesty", was released in January of 2008, followed by a run of sold out shows throughout northeastern US including the Paradise Lounge in Boston, The Point in Philadelphia and The Bitter End in NYC. This summer, Jesse will hop on planes and, fortified by Teddy Grahams and cases of H20, will aim his 95’ Toyota Camry to points north & west, with his sexy-voiced GPS system Violet, by his side.
