All submissions in the Song categories must be original
compositions. |

|
Music submissions must be associated with albums or
singles released between September 4, 2004 and August
12, 2005. |

|
Submission for Live Performance category refers to any
album recorded during a concert performance and released between
September 4, 2004 and August 12, 2005. |

|
|
Any album package created exclusively for projects
released between September 4, 2004 and August 12, 2005. |
| |
|
|
Any photographic image used for album packaging graphics,
including booklet or back panel tray card, for titles released
between September 4, 2004 and August 12, 2005. |

|
Any website created to support and promote a solo
artist/band and independent record label. |
| |
|
|
Any poster created for an artist, band or venue to promote
an event that occurred between September 4, 2004 and August 12,
2005. |

|
Any individual article of merchandise (t-shirt, hat, mug,
bumper sticker, kazoo, etc.) created exclusively for the band or
album being promoted. |
